Returns and Refunds for Dissatisfied Customers
Due to the specialized nature of research compounds and for the safety and integrity of our products, all sales are considered final. B&B Peptides does not accept returns once products have been shipped. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery
In the event that a product arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other suitable solution.

Refund Processing Time
Should a replacement or refund be approved for a damaged or incorrect item, the process will be initiated promptly. While we strive for swift resolution, please allow for standard processing times for refunds to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution. All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
